Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely place the jewellery in its original gift box and protective mailer to ensure it arrives back to us in pristine condition.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
