What is your shipping policy and delivery timeline?
We offer standard and express shipping worldwide. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
Can I return or exchange an item if I change my mind?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Every Saska Jewellery piece comes with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or improper care.
